Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

The simplest way is in your account: while the period is running you will find a withdrawal button there — showing the amount you get back before you press it.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Payment for the days used
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount for the part already provided up to your withdrawal. We calculate this by days — not by suggestions, messages or calls.
When the right expires
Your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service — that is, at the end of the month you bought. Because a month lasts longer than the withdrawal period, you always have the full fourteen days.
