1. Definitions

1.1. PeopleBridge4u GmbH is the exclusive owner and operator of https://www.wanted.love (hereinafter the "Website", "Site", "Company", "we", "us").

1.2. Service(s) refers to your use of the Website for any purpose, including but not limited to: creating a profile, viewing other profiles, or communicating with other users. The Company may modify or expand the Services at any time; these Terms apply to all Services.

1.3. You refers to the user of the Website and its related Services.

1.4. User Content means all material that you publish or share on the Site, excluding private contact data (e.g., email, phone, password).

1.5. wanted.love Network means the database and communication system connecting verified users within the wanted.love ecosystem.

1.6. Partner refers to a participating website or page within the wanted.love Network operated by an affiliate or partner of PeopleBridge4u GmbH.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Adults Only & Prohibited Services

The wanted.love Service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older.
Escort services, prostitution, sugar dating, or any exchange of intimacy for money or benefits are strictly prohibited.

Content or conduct that sexualizes minors, promotes illegal activity, or violates applicable law leads to immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

4. Rights and Obligations of Users

4.1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you:

  • are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this Agreement;

  • will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms; and

  • have never been convicted of a felony or required to register as a sex offender.

4.2. Exclusive Use

Your account is for personal use only. You may not authorize others to access it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4.3. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • share personal information of others without consent;

  • post or send harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful content;

  • use the Service for escorting, sugar dating, sexual solicitation, or commercial sexual content;

  • distribute advertisements, chain letters, or spam;

  • upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service;

  • infringe any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4.4. Security

You agree to notify the Company immediately of unauthorized use of your account. Always log out after use, especially on shared or public devices.

4.5. wanted.love Network & Partners

  • Purpose: We may display your profile (without direct contact details) across the wanted.love Network and verified Partner Pages to increase visibility.

  • Legal Basis: Data sharing is carried out under GDPR principles of joint controllership or processing. Details are available in our Privacy Policy.

  • Messages: You may receive system or match-related messages. Marketing messages require your explicit opt-in consent.

  • Deletion: Account deletion removes your data from active systems. Due to caches/backups, full removal across all partners may take up to 30 days.

4.6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account anytime via Settings → Delete Profile Permanently or by emailing admin@wanted.love.

4.7. External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or security. Use at your own risk.

4.8. Disclosure by Law

We may disclose user information where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

5. Paid Memberships and Fees

  • Pricing & Taxes: All fees are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise noted.

  • Admission Fee / Membership: Admission and monthly membership fees apply as shown at checkout.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via Settings → Subscription → Cancel, or by contacting admin@wanted.love.

  • Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers): You have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchase. If you request the digital service to start within that period, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right may expire upon full performance.

  • Refunds: Fees are non-refundable once the billing period starts unless required by law.

  • Payment Methods: Payment options are displayed during checkout.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You affirm you own or have permission to use all materials you upload. You may delete your content anytime; residual copies may remain in system backups for a limited period.

7. Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that any content violates your rights or the law, please contact abuse@wanted.love with a detailed notice.
We review and, if appropriate, remove or restrict access promptly. Users may appeal moderation actions by replying to the notice email.

Repeat violations may result in permanent suspension.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
For other cases, our liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages, capped at the total membership fees paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.

The Company is not responsible for the conduct of users. You assume full responsibility for your interactions with others and should take reasonable precautions, especially before meeting in person.

9. Termination

Either you or the Company may terminate your account at any time, with or without reason. We may suspend or delete your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or inactivity.

Upon termination, certain data may be retained as legally required or for fraud prevention for a limited time.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by German law.
Venue for all disputes shall be Munich, Germany.
Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
